    About this Role



    This role will support patients with activities of daily living and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate empathy in all interactions.



    Duties & Responsibilities


    • Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, toileting/hygiene, and mobility/transportation needs;
    • Perform vital signs and other technical duties as directed by RN/LPN;
    • Communicate effectively with patients/families/responsible parties regarding individual care needs;
    • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to standard precautions;"/
