- Support market research, white space analysis, and competitive intelligence initiatives
- Monitor and track industry news, developments, and regulatory changes affecting the competitive landscape
- Develop and maintain comprehensive competitive profiles, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis)
- Support strategic planning, go to market strategies, and organic business development
- Assist in the development of competitive positioning strategies and contribute to product and marketing decisions based on intelligence findings
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Prepare detailed business cases, findings, and recommendations for presentation to executive management
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields of study
- 1 plus years of experience in market research and data analysis related to pricing, ideally both B2B and B2C in a digital environment
- Proficient in SQL and in Python is considered a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis tools, and competitive intelligence platforms.
- A strong orientation to detail with a keen sense of curiosity and a passion for staying informed about industry trends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to visualize data intuitively, cleanly and clearly, to make important insights plain and simple
- Experience across large and complex datasets, including customer behavior, and transactional data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying complex information to diverse audiences

Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and flexible, Market & Competitor Insights Analyst - Pricing to support our global sales and product organization with strategic planning, analysis, and commercial pricing efforts. As a Market & Competitor Insights Analyst, you will work collaboratively to generate research that informs business decisions including but not limited to new and adjacent markets.
This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida and offers a flexible hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remote during the work week.
You will partner with product managers to understand their commercial needs, then prioritize and work with a cross-functional team to deliver pricing strategies and AI- and analytics-based solutions to solve and execute them.
Business outcomes will include sustainable growth in both revenues and gross profit.
