    Description

    Actalent is looking for a full time MA in the Mission Hills area in California. Bilingual in Spanish and making $20-$23/HR

    Pay: $20-$23/hour

    Typical day: Float between the front and the back depending on what they need for that day, it will be majority in the back. You will see 22-25 patients/day and be cross train in the following specialties: podiatry, dermatology, rheumatology, internal medicine

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

    # of providers: 8-10

    How big is the team? 20 employees in total

    Value of the Position: the work environment is very collaborative, everyone is a team player, that's something that they try to establish, lots of team effort here, create an environment where the employees feel like they can openly ask questions

    Training: onboarding process where the MA trains with the lead MA, give them special support, tools that are required, work with everyone to see how they're training is going, check in with them weekly

    # of patients/day: depends on the day - they could see 22-25 patients/day. Mostly adults in dermatology.

    Requirements: Bilingual (conversational), MA diploma, 1+ years of experience as an MA, EMR experience preferred (they use Nextgen)
