- Be responsible for technical configuration, design, administration, development, implementation and support of application and information frameworks that Commercial Technology products utilize. Anticipate, plan and deliver IT solutions and strategy which enable business value.
- Monitor and manage proactive maintenance to application platform environments; Applies advanced knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of tasks and projects.
- Lead and participate in the development of policies and procedures.
- Ensure our technology and functional processes abide by architectural and security standards.
- Lead the team in large Product enhancements and initiatives.
- Develop innovative technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
- Maintain a solid understanding of up and downstream impacts when implementing solutions.
- Lead the team in system diagramming and documentation.
- Manage relationships with other technical teams and vendors.
- Act as a mentor to colleagues.
- Have the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a product-centric team that values relationships and innovation

- 6+ years of experience working as a Java full stack or backend software engineer
- Prior experience leading a team

- Must be local to Columbus and willing to work onsite 3 days per week (M/T/Th)
