Safety Shoe Voucher Program Responsibilities:

Assist customers (in person or over the phone) during the sales process; up-sell complementary productsCorrectly enter the customer order in the computer systemMaintain an awareness of all product knowledge information (including product catalogs, price sheets, etc.), merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertisements; market all products sold and suggest replacement/alternative products when appropriateMaintain a working knowledge of the entire sales process from start to finish (including the order, billing, delivery and payment processes)Assist in maintaining the counter, merchandising, and product display area, assuring a safe, clean and orderly environment; assemble and stock product displays and shelves and prepare customer refreshmentsAssist in warehouse duties such as stocking, labeling shelves, restocking show room, inventory of goods, cycle counting, etc.

in a manner which assures an orderly and safe work environmentAssist with the shipping and receiving processes as needed including training on the UPS shipment processOccasionally operate a forklift to assist in warehouse dutiesQualifications:
