This individual will work closely with various departments to ensure customer inquiries are replied to accurately and in a timely manner. Work with the accounting and sales teams to process credits as necessary. Responsible for superior customer service, technical assistance, and resolving escalated situations. **Qualifications:** Microsoft Office experience is required. Must provide excellent customer service to both customers and employees. Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Zendesk experience Ability to multi-task and problem solve successfully in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. Must have the ability to prioritize, exercise good judgment, handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure. NetSuite experience a plus, but not required. **The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:**

Respond to customer inquiries inbound/outbound calls and email using proper grammar and etiquette.

Process parts requests and answer questions through online portals.

Ensure customers receive missing/damaged parts quickly and accurately.

Submit claims with shipping carriers.

Creating Weekly Shipping Reports for our parts department.

Comply with attendance and punctuality policy.

Process customer returns for Walker Edison's partners.

Forecast products at warehouses to ensure our partners have accurate and updated inventory.

Exceptional accuracy/attention to detail

Flexibility to work extended hours when needed.

Display a pleasant, friendly style, and a professional image.
