- Install desktop hardware for employees.
- Provide Level I desktop support to local and remote users.
- Assist IT or TO engineers as needed.
- Assist with tracking IT inventory.
- Ship and receive IT equipment orders.
- Update and maintain the computer inventory and equipment.
- Maintain and resolve issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, biometric, AV systems connections.
- Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems, keeping in mind for compatibility factors.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
- Endorse and apply upgrades to systems to ensure durability.
- Assess functional needs to regulate system purchase specifications.
- Resolve hardware and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in technical upgrading and maintenance of Company's desktop systems.
- Support in testing and deployment of new applications and systems.
- Complete Company's Onboarding and Offboarding process
- Associate's degree in IT field or related experience.
- Basic computer and networking skills.
- Understand common technical terminology.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-up.
- Proven ability to work independently.

Job Summary:
The IT Technician will be a part of Medically Home's TechOps team. This person must be a quick learner, able to work in a dynamic environment, and be able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Most worked performed will be assigned via a ticketing system.
