    Fitness Team Lead: Fairbanks

    The Alaska Club is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Team Lead to join our team in Fairbanks. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for leading by example and delivering exceptional service to our members.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Greeting and touring guests, building relationships, and engaging guests within their areas of interest.
    • Presenting membership opportunities and answering questions about our facilities.
    • Leading by example and demonstrating a clear passion for fitness.
    • Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless interactions with members and guests.

    This role offers an hourly wage plus commission and monthly bonus opportunities, along with free club membership and eligibility for other benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, as well as excellent leadership skills.

    About the Role

    This position typically works five days a week, totaling approximately 35-40 hours. Schedules are flexible and can include morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.

    Salary and Benefits

    We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive commission and monthly bonus opportunities, making this a highly rewarding role financially.
