    Description

We are currently looking for a Shift Manager that has a passion for great traditional British food and friendly efficient service to match. As a shift manager you will need to ensure that great quality food is produced at all times using ingredients that are prepared to menu specifications, a high standard of service is delivered by you and the team throughout the guest's entire journey and to carry out your duties whilst maintaining company and legal standards.

    Essential Skills & Knowledge required

    You Must -

    Have previous experience in a Supervisory role or internal development

    Be passionate about food and customer service with the ability to inspire others to deliver excellent customer service with enthusiasm

    Have exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage many tasks concurrently and often under pressure

    Have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written

    Have the ability to use initiative and make decisions without direction

    Have the ability to deal with change constructively and devise and implement new systems of work to meet business needs

    Be I.T. literate and able to interpret numerical data (Sales & Waste, KPIs etc)

    Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and relationships across all levels
