    Job Description

    BG Multifamily is currently looking for an experienced Property Manager for an opportunity in the Montgomery area.

    This is a temporary position.

    Property Manager Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and oversee day-to-day operations of the community
    • Ensure overall well-being and productivity of the community and office/maintenance team
    • Report to the regional manager
    • Require leadership and team management experience
    • Lease up experience necessary

    General Duties:

    • Resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction for prospective and current residents
    • Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies
    • Plan budget, pay invoices, complete reports
    • Ensure team meets goals
    • Handle rents, eviction processes
    • Achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years property management experience
    • Strong Sales/Marketing Skills
    • Knowledge of property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Blue Moon, etc.)
    • Dependable transportation
    • Strong work ethic, reliability, dependability
    • Enjoy working with others, taking direction
    • Customer service-oriented approach
    • Conflict management experience
