    Position Description

    The Recruiter will develop relationships with prospective candidates while nurturing ongoing relationships within the company. This position will carry out effective recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract a highly qualified diverse pool of talent. As a collaborative partner, this position will consult with hiring managers to understand business needs, build effective candidate pipelines to meet those needs, and facilitate the selection process for a variety of positions.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with job description creation
    • Manage requisitions from job posting to hire
    • Daily upkeep of candidate statuses in the ATS
    • Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
    • Continually source and attract top talent for various roles in multiple states
    • Assist with social media, job boards, and recruitment marketing
    • Provide daily support for multiple hiring managers including interview scheduling, process management, and regular progress follow up, etc.
    • Exhibit a knowledge of the legal requirements related to the hiring and management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
    • Communicate frequently and professionally at all levels of the organization
    • Process background checks, drug screen orders, and conduct reference checks
    • Present offer letter to successful candidates
    • Participate in projects and other duties as assigned

    Requirements
    • 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Applicant tracking software
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
    • Ability to maintain varying requisition loads and ability to prioritize work and multi-task
    • Highly effective communication skills both orally and in writing
    • Ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage multiple assignments and competing priorities
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and trust with clients, peers, and candidates. Focused on providing a high level of customer service and follow through
