- Perform on-site repair, maintenance, calibration, and installation of general laboratory equipment products such as incubators, centrifuges, ultra-low temp freezers, washers, etc.
- Will work in conjunction with the scheduling department to meet the needs of our customers.
- Provide on-site training relative to system service, maintenance, and basic operation.
- Arrange their own travel accommodations FSE will submit expense reports to receive reimbursement for travel costs.
- Maintain spare parts inventory.
- Maintaining open communication with local and internal teams to enable delivering improved service Document all reasonable actions regarding the scope of work on time.
- Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.
- Knowledge of test equipment is required-for example multi-meters, pressure sensors, mass flow controllers, or similar analog devices.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with different priorities.
- Strong communication, great work ethic, great teammate, problem-solving skills, ability to balance multiple priorities, and a willingness to learn.

- Ability to operate computers, smartphones, and related software efficiently.
- Ability to work independently diagnosing and fixing with schematics, diagrams, service manuals, and other user documentation.
- Ability to drive frequently within the territory and travel overnight as required.
- Must be available to travel overnight up to 25% within the territory or other regions as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with assistance and carry 25-30 Lbs continuously throughout the day.
- Ability to bend, squat, stretch, and reach daily in a service function.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a well-maintained vehicle.
