Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapistto join our team in Kingston, Pennsylvania. This is a full-timeposition preferably but part time will also be considerded.As an OT with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical, mental, and cognitive abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of PA
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• School or pediatric experience preferred
