    Agile Decision Sciences LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of ASRC Federal) is actively seeking a Learning and Development Support Specialist (Remote) to join our team and support development efforts for our federal customer

    Responsibilities:
    A learning and development specialist is a professional who helps organizations design and implement training programs that improve employee productivity and effectiveness

    The role of a learning and development specialist includes conducting needs assessments, designing training programs, developing instructional materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the results of training programs.


    • Supports project teams in development of meaningful, relevant training and development materials and activities, carrying out large scale repeatable processes in several roles, including but not limited to training project coordination, quality assurance testing, graphic artistry, data entry, communications, technical writing, training development and delivery.
    • Assess es training needs.
    • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
    • Work with Instructional Designer and eLearning developer to create and maintain learning materials.
    • Research new training methods

    • Bachelor's Degreein Education, Training, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Management, Business Administration, or other relevant field of study.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in business or training related field.
    • Permanent Residency or US Citizenship is requires for the government clearance (Public Trust).
    • Certifications such as ATD or similar are preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Be familiar with Databases, online people platforms or managing an internal system.
    • Be able to collate, run reports and provide data insights, either through the LMS/Tableau reporting that will give us greater data insights to monitor and measure the learning and development across the organization.
    • Passion for learning and Development and supporting people to reach their potential.
    • Be ambitious to learn with a curiosity and appetite for development.
    • Experience of organizing and prioritizing own workload on a day-to-day basis.
    • Ability and willingness to work to tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and good work presentation in all aspects of associated administration

    Desired Skills:

    • Certifications in discipline are preferred (e.g., Certified Professional in Training Management CPTM, Project Management Professional PMP, Certified Professional in Learning and Performance CPLP).
    • Advanced understanding of 508 compliance standards.
