    Summary

    This role is responsible for Weisiger Group's Travel & Expense (T&E) policy, general coordination of our expense reporting system, and administration of company purchase cards and related responsibilities.

    This position requires knowledge of program policies, procedures and system implementation to communicate and process information.
    Essential Functions

    Takes a lead in the management of T&E reimbursement processing and reconciliation, compliance audits, payment requests, and delinquent expense report review/reporting.

    Ensure adherence to both travel policies through monitoring and expense report approvals.
    Provide updates to Concur system to align with needs.

    Seeks ways to continually improve expense reporting system and purchase card processes and procedures to gain efficiency and provide value to internal customers.

    Maintenance of employee paid credit program through the JPMorgan PaymentNet system Including new hire setup, monitoring and adjusting credit limits, payment collection efforts, and administration.

    Provides training on expense reporting and company purchase card compliance.
    Assists in maintaining and monitoring a sound internal control environment.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Education and/or Experience
    Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred
    Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
    Concur experience preferred
    JPMorgan PaymentNet system experience preferred
