Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships understanding their needs and preferences when traveling
To fulfill client expectations, suggest and highlight customized vacation packages, lodgings, and experiences
Make use of product expertise to craft unique itineraries for customers
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to questions, resolving problems, and guaranteeing a smooth travel experience
Work together with clients to meet their satisfaction benchmarks

Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Great focus on providing client service
Adept in using software for reservations and sales
An authentic love of travel and a thorough knowledge of many locations
Must be a US citizen
