    Description:

    • Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 8-4:30
    • Conducts routine Environmental Monitoring testing in a GMP setting.
    • Executes Environmental Monitoring (EM) during a fill operation.
    • Supports various lab functions.
    • Performs test methods as outlined to facilitate product/material release.
    • Proficiently executes a variety of laboratory techniques with minimal errors, following proper training.
    • Implements and upholds GMP in relation to lab records, procedures, and systems as per procedural guidelines.
    • Takes ownership of completing assigned tasks as promised.
    • Supports investigators and approvers by providing data.
    • Crafts or revises procedures with guidance.
    • Works under supervision but can effectively manage time for on-time task completion.
    • Analyzes data to aid in trend reporting.
    • Openness to working weekends and holidays.
    • Should perform tasks under supervision, complying with GMP standards.

    Qualifications:

    • BS in Biology or related life science field required
    • QC Micro experience - Hands-on involvement in lab testing and EM.
    • Preferably experienced in Aseptic Technique.
    • Preferably experienced in working with Biosafety hoods.
    • Attention to detail in lab tasks and EM execution is essential
    • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload, and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
    • Building and maintaining positive relationships within and outside the department.
    • Adapting quickly to new scenarios.
    • Adjusting priorities to meet changing work environment demands.
    • Familiarity with LIMS system, especially data entry, is preferred
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards impacting Pharmaceutical Products is preferred
    • GMP and/or Clean-Room exposure
    • Experience with cGMP documentation and record management is essential

    Benefits:

    Dental Insurance: Synectics offers dental coverage through MetLife for eligible employees and dependents. Eligibility begins on the 1st day of the month following 60 days of continuous full-time employment.

    Vision Insurance: Synectics offers vision coverage through VSP for eligible employees. Eligibility starts on the 1st day of the month following 60 days of continuous full-time employment.

    401(k) Plan: The Synectics Inc. Investment Savings Retirement Plan. Synectics provides all employees age 21 and above the chance to invest in the 401(k) Plan on the first enrollment date, which must be at least 30 days after employment initiation. Enrollment dates are January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.

    Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics offers a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. The bonus amount considers the certification test costs related to your current role, achieved during your tenure with us. One Certification Bonus per year per employee. Active employees can receive this bonus, awarded 90 days after Synectics receives confirmation of certification completion.
