You have:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Server Support or Technical Support or System Administration
Good understanding of basic Cloud Services Models
Good knowledge on Windows Server Administration and Troubleshooting
Good knowledge on Unix/Linux Server OS
Good understanding of Web technology, basic networking & hardware knowledge and software applications.
Basic understanding of database technologies like SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc
Basic understanding and work experience with Amazon Web Services Cloud Services Platform. AWS Certification will be an added advantage
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Ability to deal with and resolve complex situations in a professional manner
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Basic scripting knowledge on PowerShell, Regexp, vb scripting, will be an added advantage
What you'll do:
Monitor SaaS infrastructure availability and performance 24x7x365
Ensure the highest uptime for customers in our SaaS environment
Monitor application health and report application errors, bugs & exceptions
Adhere to the incident escalation procedure based on the severity
Test and Deploy the New Product releases, SaaS Memos to the Staging and Production Environments
Collaborate with other operational and development teams during triage and resolution of operational issues.
Adapt to any new changes in the technology and infrastructure used within the organization
