Your Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Manage Your Business: Build and maintain an active client base.
• Schedule Wisely: Keep an accurate schedule of client appointments and meetings.
• Market Your Skills: Promote personal training programs through various channels.
• Enhance Member Experience: Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts.
• Personalize Programs: Create tailored fitness plans for both in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain Safety: Ensure an organized and safe fitness environment.
• Grow Professionally: Attend continuing education classes and team meetings.

Qualifications We're Looking For

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one (we offer reimbursement).
• Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
• A passion for fitness and a drive to succeed.
• Ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and technology proficiency.
• Be energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful.

Pay Transparency

$40.50-$98.00 per session; $17.00/hr for non-session work; plus additional incentive bonuses.
