**Job Title:** Store Key Holder Liaison

**Job Summary:

The Shift Supervisor role is a crucial part of our retail operations team at MARION GOODWILL INDUSTRIES INC. This position assists the store management team in overseeing daily activities, implementing training programs, and promoting our company values and guiding principles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Communication Excellence:
1. Relays information effectively between store personnel and management.
2. Maintains confidentiality when necessary.
3. Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills.
4. Provides guidance and clear instruction to retail associates throughout the workday.

• Employee Accountability and Productivity:
1. Operates with efficiency using established procedural guidelines.
2. Evaluates employee performance and provides constructive feedback.
3. Ensures each store meets production goals and expectations.
4. Verifies accurate and timely employee timekeeping.

• Safety and Loss Prevention:
1. Reports and prevents any safety concerns or health violations.
2. Maintains vigilance on sales floor and backroom for loss prevention and documents incidents as needed.
3. Counts and balances register cash drawers for bank deposits.
4. Familiarizes self with Consumer Product Safety Commission recalls and Hazardous Communication Policy and Procedures.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
