Position:

Construction ManagerResponsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completionManage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectivelyCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standardsMonitor project progress and resolve any issues or delaysConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safetyCommunicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concernsProvide leadership and guidance to project team membersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniquesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesProficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office SuiteOSHA certification (preferred)Benefits:
