Job Title: Wind Technician

Description:

A Wind Technician performs preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on wind turbines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal turbine performance
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with electrical and mechanical systems
• Conduct repairs and replacement of faulty components as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year minimum of mechanical experience preferred
• 1 year minimum of electrical experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
• 401(k) matching program with 100% match up to 3% contribution and an additional 50% match up to an additional 2% contribution available after 90 days of employment

Schedule:

• 8-10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime available
• Weekend availability
