- Prepare company financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, gross income summaries, budget vs. actual comparisons, etc.
- Manage company checking accounts for pending payables and receivables.
- Post all incoming client payments and ensure they are applied correctly.
- Resolve discrepancies between client payments and invoices.
- Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
- Process general ledger entries and tie out subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger.
- Assist senior management with ad hoc reports and analysis.
- Performs other work-related responsibilities which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.

- College degree in accounting/finance is required. Minimum three years experience, CPA certification is a plus.

Provide support in a variety of accounting functions including agency budgeting, monthly financial reports, account reconciliations, and accounts receivable posting.
