    We're looking for a consumer-minded, curious, creative, collaborative and overall amazing teammate to help us obsess how we bring our running innovation stories to life at retail As a Specialist, you don't need to be an authority in retail brand marketing, but you do need to come with a curious mind, a can-do attitude, a desire to learn, an ability to problem solve. A passion for sport appreciated, and a dedication to understanding what makes our running consumer connect with our brand in-store is at the core of this role. Retail truly is detail, so the ideal candidate will be very well organized and love sweating the details of every touchpoint for our running consumer

    You' will work with a squad that obsesses the running consumer, how they shop at retail and connect with our product innovation stories. As the specialist, you will be the running consumer insight expert on the team, responsible for working with the consumer construct teams to understand seasonal insights, connecting with store teams to glean real-time, one the ground insights, and collaborate with the stores marketing science team to hindsight and understand what learnings we can bring forward to influence future plans. You will take all of these critical insights & learnings and work back with the manager to build the seasonal briefs for city and creative teams. In addition, you will be responsible for understanding all key seasonal product innovations, weekly & seasonal sell-thru and you will work back with the store merchants to align and track timing of deliveries and launches.

    A critical part of this role is mastering the fundamentals of retail brand marketing and learning how to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. You will begin to master store knowledge, brief writing, presentations skills, all while putting your organizational skills to the test while delivering on your day-to-day responsibilities.

    If this is you, you will report directly into the Retail Brand Director for Performance & Lifestyle. You'll be in on a team that will collaborate daily with the Nike Stores Concept teams, Visual Merchandizing & Styling, Stores Merchants, Retail Brand Design, Brand Marketing, Integrated Media, Owned Channel teams, Global teams and City/Territory teams, Store Teams and Consumer Construct teams, all with the goal of telling outstanding stories and increase awareness and sales in the marketplace. **Profile**

    Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training

    2+ years of marketing experience or store experience

    A passion for product and storytelling

    A dedication to details

    An innate curiosity and strong desire to learn

    A love for being on a team and working collaboratively towards a common goal

    A self-starter

    The ability to multi-task

    Exceptional written, verbal, visual communication and presentation skills
