    Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Vascular Center



    Job Summary:



    We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Vascular Center. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care, diagnosing and treating vascular conditions, and promoting health and wellness. We offer a competitive salary range of $135-$155k DOE and along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:

    Responsibilities:



    Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnose vascular conditions


    Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team


    Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures


    Provide patient education and counseling on vascular health and treatment options


    Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate


    Maintain accurate and detailed patient records


    Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development



    Requirements:



    Current Nurse Practitioner license in VY


    2+ years of experience in vascular medicine or related field


    Strong assessment and diagnostic skills


    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


    Familiarity with electronic medical records



    Schedule:



    Monday-Friday + occasional evenings and weekends



    Salary:



    $135-$155k DOE
