- Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Implement win-back strategies to re-engage with lapsed clients, demonstrating the value of our offerings.
- With our tiered commission structure, candidates can end up making between $55,000 - $75,000 (selling 20-30 items per month).
- Property and Casualty License OR Personal Lines License required.
- 1+ years of any previous sales experience. Insurance experience is a BONUS.
- Basic computer software knowledge.
- Act as a dedicated team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients.
- Ambitious self-starter who can work independently to hit phone time quotas and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
