- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems of computer related devices, including diagnostics and problem solving
- Familiar with all kinds of office and application hardware usage and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of diverse computer networks, and have diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Responsible for IT inventory management
- Manage the maintenance of records containing information regarding licenses and warranties for the organization's hardware and software
- Must be enrolled in a degree program in Computer Technology, Computer Application or Computer Engineering related program
- BS Degree: Prefer College STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) Majors
- Chinese (Mandarin) Fluency Required
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Effective planning & organizational skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Trustworthy to deal with highly sensitive information
- Prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
- Ability to remain professional at all times
- Excellent time management skills
