- Manage bids, solicitations, estimating, procurement of long-lead time items.
- Managing costs, reviewing proposals, scopes, etc.
- Assist with responses to RFPs/RFQs/SOIs.
- Managing standard processes for development and construction work.
- Assist with the sale of projects at time of NTP.
- Support project attorneys and engineers on agreements, development tasks.
- Assist President and CEO in a supportive role.
- Assist Executive Vice President in a supportive role.
- Interface with development team and other key players in development phase; track new information; handle RFIs/Datarooms.
- Coordinate with engineers and attorneys on permits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in the energy industry
- Procore and Smartsheets is a plus.
