Responsibilities:

· Lead projects that are in the development and/or quotation stage

· Communicate with engineers at customer site

· Create and maintain project timeline with detailed design workplans including milestones, development testing, prototype deliveries, DV/PV testing, sample builds and launch

· Lead technical discussions and reviews with customers

· Coordinate and ensure proper product specifications and ensure reviewal and approval by customer

· Involvement in Design Reviews for layout, HW, SW, Systems, Manufacturing and Test

· Coordinate deliverables with external suppliers

· Ensure change management strategy/process is followed for all changes

· Lead and direct team members to resolve issues to ensure project requirements are met

· Establish, plan, and meet project objectives, evaluating and communicating risks, and developing contingency plans

· Travel to various global partners and customer locations

Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree in Engineering required

· Strong experience/aptitude in mechatronics or electronics

· Must have Printed Electronic design and manufacturing experience

· Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

· Must have excellent communication skills in both written and oral

· Must have excellent organizational skills

· Must be able to work in a global environment

· Must be willing to travel nationally and globally up to 30%
