Assists in direction of the service deli operation including supervising and training personnel Ensures customer service and product quality freshness safety and selection Champions Company customer service programs to meet Division goals Handles customer relations in a positive manner.
Responsibilities
- Supervises the day to day functions of the service deli Conducts daily inspections of all sections initiates corrective measures for compliance with requirements Assists with duties such as receiving cleaning preparing cooking slicing packaging Implements promotional displays Controls shrink expenses Accurately completes paperwork maintains records on ad items movement Takes periodic inventories processes administrative paperwork Maintains proper merchandising procedures Complies with retail labeling laws federal state regulations Company policies Follows policy in handling re-worked reduced items Complies with health food safety standards Handles customer relations assists customers by taking filling special orders Makes product suggestions engages in suggestive selling Ensures cleanliness sanitation of sales floor work area freezer cooler equipment retail cases Assists answering responding incoming calls resolving complaints reports observations Store Director Maintains confidentiality concerning associates store sales other information Responsible for performing job duties safely accurately honestly integrity Other necessary required duties.
