    Job Description

    • Execute business analyst responsibilities, as needed, providing analysis, assessment, research, and documentation of business requirements.
    • Support planning, execution, and completion of project deliverables, coordinating across multiple workstreams to drive progress and provide transparency.
    • Develop strong understanding of the businesses that the team supports and an ability to provide thoughtful and forward-thinking solutions for business needs.
    • Support the execution of project management responsibilities as part of the firm's CCAR, Capital Management and Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) function, providing execution support, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication while driving rigor throughout the process.
    • Provide support to Senior Project Managers in the oversight and tracking of progress of managed projects through implementing and executing framework for project management artefacts, including preparing and maintaining project plans, project charters, business cases, and status reports
    • Develop and manage relationships with program sponsors and partners across business lines and geographic regions, including but not limited to Risk, Finance, Treasury, Operations, Technology and business management functions.
    • Report metrics to track progress of managed projects, including preparing status reports as well as escalating delays and obstacles to management.
    • Design solutions to address project issues and identify areas for optimization across the supported functions.
    • Maintain visibility into impacted projects to drive timely delivery of overall project portfolio.
    • Enforce appropriate controls throughout the change management lifecycle, including tracking issues from identification through resolution
    • Manage, create reporting and maintain cadence for meetings with U.S. CFO/CRO to execute project approval for critical projects
    • Support the creation and execution of new initiatives
    • Support the execution of the CCAR and Resolution Planning exercise.
    • Engage stakeholders across U.S. Finance, U.S. Risk, and technology to maintain and assist with the execution of the CCAR and Resolution planning runbook; serve as a liaison between work streams to drive an effective working collaboration.
    • Report metrics to track progress of runs as well as escalating delays and obstacles to management.
    • Provide support during regulatory exams
    • Support the execution of governance initiatives such as CCAR Operating committee, Recovery and Resolution Planning committees
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2-5 years' experience in change/project management or related work experience.
    • Strong capability to manage complex projects requiring independent decision-making and coordinating across multiple teams in an intense deadline-driven environment.
    • Familiarity with various project management methodologies, preferred
    • Writing and analytical capabilities commensurate with production of management-ready documents and other work products.
    • Acts as a transferor of knowledge through the identification, analysis and provision of advice to other team members, senior management, business leaders, and functional leads.
    • Demonstrates proven impact and influence skills to engage both business and cross-functional team members.
    • Fosters an environment based upon responsibility and accountability to drive execution.
    • Must be operationally savvy, action-oriented, and continuously strive for improvement.
    • Other Required Qualifications:
    • Broad understanding of Capital Markets, Retail Banking, and Wealth Management.
    • Financial analysis skills and experience.
    • Familiarity with operational and support environment issues.
    • Demonstrated ability to foster and respond to the culture of the banking industry.
    • Work efficiently and collaborate across disciplines.
    • Strong consultative skills desired / preferred, inclusive of presentation, facilitation, structured thinking and project management experience.
    • Independent thinker with ability to deliver results with minimal oversight.

    The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $ $145,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.

    Job Summary

    This role resides within the CCAR, Capital Management function, supporting U.S. Finance and Risk functions in strategic change initiatives, including implementation of regulatory requirements. As part of the group's core project management function, this position will entail designing and executing defined project plans, driving performance rigor, and enforcing accountability for meeting deadlines.
