Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
• Experience: 3+ Years in Surgical Services Leadership (Manager or Director Experience)
• License: Currently Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Practice
• Certifications: Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) Preferred; Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) Preferred

• Facility Overview: 140+ Bed Hospital, 4 ORs, 3 Endo Rooms, Strong Ortho Program (Hips, Knees, Mako Robot), Launching DaVinci Robot, Sports Medicine, GYN Services Expansion
• Staffing: 1 Manager (Starting Mid-November), 3 Clinical Nurse Coordinators (Endo, Pre-Post, OR), ~70 Total FTEs
• Caseload: 7 Cases on Light Days, Up to 26 on Busy Days, On-Call Weekends
• Growth Initiatives: Upgrading Central Sterile, Equipment Overhaul for DaVinci Space
• Salary Range: Min: $96,137, Midpoint: $124,966; Max $154,000.
• 15% Director Bonus; ( Max Pay with Bonus is $178,013.25)
