- Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in training sessions and team meetings to deepen product knowledge and refine sales techniques.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for lead generation.
- Ensure clear and prompt communication with both clients and internal team members at Stinson Services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and refine effective marketing strategies based on firsthand feedback.
- Occasionally manage sales appointments and adjuster meetings to support sales representatives, especially during high-demand periods.
- Commit to responsiveness, ensuring all phone calls are returned within 24 hours to maintain service excellence.
- Be prepared to travel to various locations, especially during storm events outside the Twin Cities area, to meet client and business needs.

- Must have access to personal transportation for client visits and other work-related travel.
