    Conduct regular safety inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions.
    Train and educate construction personnel on safety procedures and best practices.
    Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and provide recommendations for prevention.
    Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain a safe work environment.
    Monitor safety performance metrics and develop improvement strategies.


    Qualifications:
    OSHA 500 certification required.
    Fluent in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
    Ability to travel as needed to out of state projects.
    Proven experience in construction safety management.
    Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


    Compensation:
    Competitive annual salary between $60,000 - $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
    Performance bonuses based on safety metrics and project success.
