    Description
    Seeking an efficient, punctual, self-motivated Administrative Executive driven to achieve results with a high attention to detail for a full time position at a business advisory firm for healthcare providers in Nashville, TN.

    The Position:
    • Administration of all duties relating to the front desk including answering phones, screening and distributing correspondence, ordering office supplies, scanning and filing paperwork
    • Arranging meetings, ensuring all requirements for travel, accommodations, and facilities are met for partners, staff and guests.
    • Development and maintenance of key relationships between Partners, Client Advisors (CAs), staff, clients and vendors
    • Accurate and timely preparation of documents
    • Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
    • Billing
    • Working closely with the Administrative Director on other duties as needed

    The Requirements:
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships on the phone and in person
    • High emotional intelligence
    • High School Diploma
    • 2+ years administrative experience
    • Competent typing skills, solid command of Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc)
    • Comfort with office equipment and digital resources (copy machine/scanner, CRMs, Adobe)
    • Attitude of excellence, commitment to team & drive to exceed expectations
    • Accounting office experience preferred
