_Our client, a leading global consumer-centric medical device company, is looking for a Marketing Support Coordinator. If you are interested apply below_

Pay: $22-25/hr


Shift: Hybrid role, 2-3 days on site (8am-12pm OR 10am-2pm); Part time (no more than 25 hours a week)


Job Type: Contract


Location: Bridgeport, CT


Key Responsibilities:

• Budget and Financials:
• Manage the Marketing budget details and partner with MarComm team for budget analysis, adjustments, and communication.
• Create and manage Purchase Order and invoicing process for Medical Devices, Integrated Services, including setting up new vendors, running and distributing reports and providing real-time communication on financials.
• Complete P-card purchases and manage reconciliation processes
• ​​​​​​​General Marketing Team Support:
• Manage fulfillment houses; activate/deactivate users, set up new items, run and analyze fulfillment reports.
• Order supplies and manage shipping and return item processes.
• Support tradeshow logistics as needed, partnering with tradeshow team.
• Print and/or manage printing process.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required in lieu of experience.
• 6 months internship or job experience that requires collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with budget management, event/logistics planning or administrative support activities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products including SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc;​​​​​​​
