Exciting Job Opportunity at WestCare in Key West, FL

Summary: Join our team to provide vital support for medical services, assisting with treatment plans, patient programs, outcomes evaluation, and more.

Handle medical service phone calls and in-person visits
Conduct screenings and assessments, and provide necessary intervention services
Support in completing required paperwork and documentation
Engage in crisis planning processes and provide recovery coaching
Coordinate medical appointments and treatment planning with healthcare professionals
Assist clients with medication management and crisis services
Participate in staff meetings and training activities

Qualifications:

Minimum High School Diploma
Current Peer Certification from Florida Certification Board or obtain within 6 months
Experience in Crisis Intervention and Medical Office settings preferred
One year recovery experience required
Must meet background check and certification requirements
Various certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and TB test
