    Description
    Newegg is hiring an experienced UI/UX Designer.

    This person will be responsible for creating engaging experiences, and maintaining the UI/UX design consistency and coherence for Newegg customers across multiple platforms, including desktop/mobile website(s) and mobile application(s) such as Seller Portal.

    This person will play a key role in creating engaging user interfaces and delivering seamless user experiences.


    Responsible for the visual design, interaction design, motion design, and usability testing of the company's B-end platforms, ensuring that it has good visual presentation, reasonable information architecture, smooth interactive experience and compliance with design guidelines.

    Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across product designs.

    Manage all frontend UI/UX design projects for both desktop and mobile platforms, and meet business needs and timelines with efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction, while maintaining the overall UI/UX design with consistency and coherence.

    Work closely with the development team to ensure the technical feasibility and high-quality implementation of designs.
    Conduct user testing, gather and analyze user data, and continuously refine designs


    BS/MS/BFA/MFA preferred in a design or UI/UX discipline (digital design, graphic design, human-computer interaction, information architecture, industrial design), or 3 years' work experience in a related field.

    3+ years' experience in managing design and usability practitioners.
    Strong artistic foundation and sensitive design perception.
    Proficient in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD/Photoshop/Illustrator, AE, etc.
    Proven track record of successful product design with a portfolio to showcase.
    Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.

    Be a talented and experienced design leader with exceptional problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, solid design instincts, and team spirit.

    Be detail-oriented, and comfortable working on complex UX challenged and workflows while being skilled in using data to make decisions and able to handle multiple projects.

    Excel through innovation, creativity, and attention to detail.

    Decisions may affect a work unit or area within a department. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to supervisor's guidelines.

    Constant keyboarding and telephone usage.
