    Description

    We are seeking a Junior VOIP Engineer to join our team. As a Junior VOIP Engineer, you will work alongside experienced professionals to support and enhance our clients Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the identification and elimination of redundant solutions, prioritizing tasks based on organizational needs, and contributing to the development of resilient telephony environments to facilitate remote work and technological advancement. Additionally, you will play a key role in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of IP Voice and Video conference room capabilities across the enterprise. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience and grow within the field of VoIP engineering.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or relevant experience
    • Strong understanding of VoIP principles and technologies.
    • Familiarity with telephony environments, routing, and dial plans.
    • Basic knowledge of network protocols and security principles.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in VoIP engineering.
