- Experience with federal, state, and local agencies, private industry and landowners to facilitate the acquisition of necessary right of way for public projects
- Be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Draft the following types of real estate documents: deeds, easements, leases, and purchase agreements
- Experience Reading, reviewing, and understanding right of way plans and legal descriptions
- Ability to understand and work in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations specific to the real estate and right of way industry, such as the Uniform Act, FERC and NEPA
- Real estate license in good standing, or equivalent, as required by law
- Broker Associate, Managing Broker, or Land Agent

Description
A client of Insight Globals is looking to bring on a Right of Way Coordinator to join their team. They will be supporting a large AEC/EPC client that specializes in construction oversight for Transportation, Water, Utilities, and more.They will be responsible for providing pre-negotiation project, parcel and property owner due diligence and non-complex negotiations for acquisition of rights relative to public or private projects as assigned.
They will review appraisals and just compensation; verify parcel on right-of-way plans or plats; verify property owners and the extent of interests; prepare offer packages; and maintain complete and detailed records/files with owner contacts, maps, drawings, exhibits and detailed progress reports.
They are expected to Communicate effectively with internal staff and external clients.

Required Skills & Experience
