    This company is a family and locally owned nationwide distributor and manufacturer of wholesale footwear. They are one of the leading suppliers in the rubber footwear industry and have been in business for more than 130 years and continues to enjoy record breaking seasons.

    The Operations Coordinator's main duty is to ensure maximum fulfillment of customer sales orders. This involves optimizing the order process for maximum efficiency. This role is integral to order management and involves close collaboration with the Routing Coordinator and Production team.

    Compensation: $28/hr - $31.25/hr; $60,000-$65,000

    Availability: Full-time, daytime business hours (Monday-Friday).

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Order management end to end – data entry, ship date management (eta of product), inventory receiving, to shipping.
    • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
    • Interact with accounts to obtain missing information, answer queries, troubleshooting, and other customer service issues.
    • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely shipment and deliveries
    • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
    • Continued education – Power BI course & Excel course

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienced required.
    • Excellent attention to detail as well as interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to problem-solve, prioritize and work independently.
    • Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to time sensitive tasks.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Strong understanding of working with mass retailers and club channel
    • Experience working in product development, production and logistics in footwear/apparel industry.
    • Coordinating wholesale finished goods fulfilment.
