Cornerstone Custom Construction, Inc. is seeking Experienced Finishers for work in the northern Metro. Must have at least 3 years experience be hardworking, reliable, and intuitively good with using tools and machinery.
Our growing company specializes in full concrete construction, from Footings, Block Foundations, to Flatwork and decorative concrete finishes. In this position you will be responsible for assisting Finishers and/or Block Layers daily with residential and light commercial projects. A strong work ethic, ability to learn and retain information, and attention to detail are essential. Summary of responsibilities for Concrete Finisher:
Responsibilities:

• Forming & Pouring (basements, garages, sidewalks, driveways, steps/stoops, patios, etc.)
• Grading, pouring, screeding, cutting and sealing concrete slabs.
• Ensuring Equipment is maintained and cleaned - Training in these areas.
• Finishing interior & exterior concrete.
• Training & Growing with the Team.
• Communicating with full company teams

Qualifications:

• Must be legally able to work in the USA
• Must be 18 years of age
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Have reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Team Player
• Class A License Preferred (Driving Positions Available)

Physical Requirements:

• Intermittent and repetitive physical activity including the following:
• Standing, Stooping, Kneeling, Climbing, Walking on uneven ground, Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Shoveling.
• Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and work with 50+ lbs.
