    We are seeking an Account Manager with ideally tour accounting experience to join our team of dedicated professionals.

    Location:
    This position can be based out of Century City (CA) or Encino (CA).

    Overview of Role:

    The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business, personal, and financial affairs of assigned clients and entities.

    The Account Manager will also supervise a small team of Bookkeepers.

    Responsibilities

    • Daily client activity, including requests and timely follow up on all outstanding matters
    • Review work of bookkeepers (AP/AR, cash receipt and journal entry coding, general ledger, payroll, and financial statement review)
    • Review bank balances and statements and approve transfers as needed
    • Monitor credit card activity, fraud alerts, and credit score issues
    • Monitor insurance renewals and claims
    • Assist with home and car purchases
    • Other projects, as needed

    The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience in full-charge accounting and bookkeeping for high net-worth individuals, preferably within business management
    • 3+ years of experience in the client services field
    • 2+ years of experience in tour accounting is strongly favored
    • Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is highly favored; a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the general ledger, AP/AR, insurance, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial statements
    • Solid interpersonal skills and other key soft skills (i.e., communication, time management, emotional intelligence, adaptability, active listening, criticalthinking, etc.)
    • Prior experience in a Lead, Senior, or Management role
    • Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email)
    • Sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to follow through
    • Commitment to professionalism, timeliness, and accuracy
    • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and databases
    • Experience with DataFaction, Agilink and/or Imaging Software is highly preferred

    Employee compensation is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, employee education/training/credentials, employee work experience, work location (including if the employee will be hybrid or fully in-office), the scope and responsibilities of the role, internal peer equity, and market considerations.

    Applicants will be considered for the Account Manager and Senior Account Manager level.

    The expected base compensation hiring range for these positions is as follows:



    • Account Manager: $75,000 to $115,000 per year
