    Job Opportunity

    We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school district in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

    • A minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience is required for this position.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities to determine therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

    • Direct and consultative therapy services will be provided to support students in improving fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and self-help abilities for classroom activities.
    • Collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals will be essential in modifying the classroom environment and adapting materials to enhance accessibility and participation.
    • Educating staff and families on strategies, tools, and exercises to promote students independence and success in academic and social settings will be a key responsibility.
    • Caseload information: Multiple caseloads are available, and we welcome applications from qualified therapists with diverse age preferences.

    • A rate of $40-48 per hour.

    • A 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district.
    • An offer will typically be extended within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
