    The position is vital to the administrative support of the Agency's Information and Referral services, with a strong emphasis on providing assistance to seniors, caregivers, and people with disabilities. In this role, the employee will handle both incoming and outgoing phone calls while also dealing with clients who walk in for information. The core duty involves responding to queries accurately and promptly. The individual will transcribe voicemails, ensuring that all important information is captured and relayed appropriately. Furthermore, saving correspondence in the designated data management systems is crucial for tracking interactions and providing updates. The ability to handle faxes efficiently is also a part of the job description, helping to maintain smooth operational workflows.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Possess a high school diploma or GED AND two years of work experience.
    • Bi-lingual Preferred (English / Spanish / Creole)

    Salary/Compensation: $17.00 per hour
