Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a business analyst to sit onsite in Sunnyvale two days a week. This person needs to be strong in both SQL and Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain account records in the Salesforce CRM system. Identify and rectify duplicate or inconsistent account entries, ensuring data integrity. Customize account fields, layouts, and reports to meet specific organizational needs.
• Opportunity Management: Manage opportunity records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Create and implement automation for opportunity stages and workflows to streamline the sales process. Generate custom opportunity reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Contact Management: Maintain contact records, ensuring uptodate and accurate information. Establish and manage relationships between contacts and associated accounts and opportunities. Provide user support and training to Salesforce users on contactrelated tasks.
• Data Cleanup and Integrity: Identify and rectify duplicate or inconsistent data entries within accounts, opportunities, and contacts. Implement data quality best practices to ensure accurate and reliable information.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate custom reports and dashboards for accounts, opportunities, and contacts to support datadriven decisionmaking.
• Systems Schema and Architecture: Understand Salesforce software architectural design and the downstream impact to the integrated applications and processes. Have a strong knowledge of object, record, field, and all automated rules in Salesforce such as workflows, approval, processes, and flows.

Skills and Requirements

• Advanced proficienty in SQL
• Deep knowledge and experience in Salesforce (Have a strong knowledge of object, record, field, and all automated rules in Salesforce such as workflows, approval, processes, and flows)
• Flexible in learning new platforms
• Salesforce certification null
