- Plan, coordinate, and assist customers with their move of household goods and personal effects
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Organization: Key factor and function as the coordinator is the sole point of contact for every aspect of the move. Able to maintain a calendar in Outlook.
- Manage a high volume of emails: Both incoming and outgoing. Ability to read, analyze and execute timely responses. Must be clear, concise and thorough.
- Time management: Must have a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize workload. Must be flexible and able to adapt to changes within the workday.
- Strong work ethic and work well under pressure.
- Meet deadlines: Through efficiency and thoroughness; working with all parties who perform the work on your behalf.
- Computer skills: Data entry accuracy is critical. Outlook, Access database, Excel and Word at a proficient level.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Work in a Team environment.
- Customer Service skills a plus.
- Transportation and moving experience required.
- Three (3) years' experience in the Transportation/Moving Industry
