    Description

    Job Title: Vice President/Relationship Manager

    Job Summary:

    The Vice President/Relationship Manager serves as the primary advisor for business clients, focusing on building and developing relationships. The role involves examining, evaluating, and recommending approval of client applications for various bank products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Advisory: Acts as a trusted advisor to business clients.
    2. Loan Application Evaluation: Requests specified financial information for loan applications, analyzes applicant financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loans.
    3. Business Development: Analyzes potential markets to develop prospects for loans and deposits, acts as Bank representative at civic and/or industry meetings or functions.
    4. Risk Mitigation: Independently negotiates structure and pricing of complex credit facilities, presents credits to Loan Committee and/or Director's Loan Committee for approval.
    5. Portfolio Management: Maintains delinquencies and classified loans at a minimum, monitors borrowers' financial condition for compliance with loan covenants.
    6. Ongoing Training: Assists Commercial Banking Officers and Commercial Lending Credit Analysts in ongoing training.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience.
    2. Five or more years of relevant work experience.
    3. Masterful relationship building and business development skills with strong influential and decision-making abilities.
    4. Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of unique industries and markets.
    5. Excellent communication skills with all levels of external and internal clients.
    6. Proven time management and problem-solving skills.
    7. Demonstrates initiative and autonomy in work.
    8. Travel may be required.

    Compliance Responsibilities:

    Maintains current compliance knowledge by attending compliance-related training seminars and staff meetings, reading pertinent compliance-related materials.

    Ensures compliance with job-related laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), Vendor Management, Information and Data Security, and SEC regulations related to corporate governance and disclosure.
