    Position Summary: The Senior (Sr.) Salesforce Business Analyst plays an essential member of the team ensuring the successful delivery of our Salesforce practice. This is a key role in a high visibility program with a large area of responsibility. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, experience gathering requirements in a multi-discipline Enterprise-level Salesforce environment and understands that successfully delivering a high-quality project requires a collaborative effort with peers, users, and stakeholders. In addition, the Sr. Business Analyst, performs end-to-end leadership throughout the Agile Software Development Lifecycle.

    Responsibilities:

    • Solicit, gather, evaluate, and document information from various sources and stakeholders during business discovery and/or grooming and break down high-level information into detailed requirements.
    • Map functional business requirements to features and functionality; Develop as-is and to-be process maps.
    • Engage with Developers, Solution Architect, and other members of the delivery team to ensure systems meet business needs; Interview/solicit requirements from internal/external stakeholders.
    • Translate requirements to clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria format in requirements management system (e.g., JIRA).
    • To ensure the application follows UI/UX principles to make the application intuitive and promote user adoption.
    • Work with Product Owner to prioritize user stories/epics to ensure delivery of Minimal Viable Product (MVP).
    • Demonstrate through software demos and rapid prototyping how connected experiences come to life with The Salesforce Solutions.
    • Assess requirements to produce wireframes/visual flows/process diagrams and/or fit gap analysis to devise options for solving business challenges.
    • Build reports and dashboards as needed.
    • Engage in testing cycles (UAT, Regression and system).
    • Prepare project specific documentation and deliverables (User stories, User Guides, Quick Reference Sheets, Train-the-Trainer, data dictionary, communication plan, test plans, etc.)
    • Conduct project application training sessions remotely/ in-person to end users.

    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or Computer Science or similar.
    • Minimum work experience: 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Sr. Business Analyst with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience.
    • Will have been a part of more than one Salesforce implementation from beginning to "go-live".
    • Minimum 3+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile driven development environment.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience with the Salesforce platform configuring sales, service, community clouds, and/or custom Salesforce apps.
    • Strong expertise in applying Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • At a minimum must possess an active Salesforce System Administrator Certification, other certifications are highly preferred.

    Experience conducting simple to complex Product Demos and Sprint Demos.

    • Excellent listening, oral, written, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details.
    • Experience working in JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tool.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint.

    Preferred Skills and/or Experience:

    • Experience in health and human services (in any capacity), highly desirable
    • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification, desirable
    • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification, desirable
    • Project Management experience, is a plus
    • Certified Scrum Master, is a plus
