THE OPPORTUNITY
We're a fast-growing supplement brand scaling aggressively through Meta Ads.
Our CEO and lead Creative Strategist already own the overall creative strategy — the avatar, the angles, and the big-picture direction are locked in.
What we need is a Creative Strategist who can plug into that vision and become the team's idea engine.
Your job is simple (but not easy): come up with fresh, scroll-stopping creative concepts and formats that we can test at volume.
Think new hooks, new visual treatments, new ways to package proven messaging so it keeps winning inside the Meta ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
▸ Generate creative concepts — Pitch new ad formats, video styles, and static treatments on an ongoing basis. VSLs, UGC, native-style ads, image ads, meme-style creatives — everything is on the table.
▸ Write creative briefs — Turn your ideas into clear, actionable briefs that editors, UGC creators, and designers can execute without hand-holding.
▸ Study winning ads — Constantly mine competitor ads, viral content, and trending formats across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube for inspiration we can adapt.
▸ Support the CEO & lead strategist — You're not running the show solo. You're collaborating closely with leadership to pressure-test ideas and keep the creative pipeline full.
▸ Push creative variety — Help us avoid ad fatigue by ensuring we always have a deep bench of fresh concepts ready to launch.
▸ Think in formats, not just copy — We don't just need new words
We need new structures:
split-screen comparisons, man-on-the-street, POV-style, unboxing, podcast clips, reaction hooks — you get the idea.
▸ Doing research through Reddit , Youtube , Amazon Reviews . Forums
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
▸ Deep knowledge of Meta Ads creative — You understand what stops the scroll and why. You know the difference between a hook that grabs and one that flops.
▸ Proven track record — You can show examples of ad concepts or campaigns you've ideated that actually performed.
▸ Format fluency — You think across VSL, UGC, static, native, and hybrid formats. You're not a one-trick pony.
▸ Health & supplement space experience — Preferred but not required. If you understand DTC health brands and what resonates with that audience, you'll ramp faster.
▸ Speed and volume — We move fast. You should be comfortable generating a high volume of ideas, knowing that not every one will be a winner.
▸ Strong communication — You can articulate why an idea will work and hand off a brief that doesn't need constant clarification.
IMPORTANT:
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This is not a lead strategist position. You won't own the overall creative strategy, define the brand voice, or make final calls on what runs. The avatar and core angles are already established.
Your superpower here is ideation and format innovation — helping leadership stay ahead of the curve with a constant flow of testable creative concepts.
HOW TO APPLY

▸ A quick loom or write-up: Pick any supplement brand's Meta Ad Library and pitch 3 new creative concepts you'd test for them. Show us how you think.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
